Cravings for potato chips, possible solution
I used to crave potato chips everyday, but now if I crave them I just eat a
little salt, just enough to taste the salt ... usually gets rid of the cravings. I think all we crave from potato chips is salt. Anyone have some experience with this? |

Beware of the individual size bags of chips, many of them contain more than one serving(just like 20oz bottles of soda contain 2.5 servings)... People are amazed that I am losing weight and can still eat things like ice cream & pasta. For me, it comes down to portion control & exercise - plain and simple. As you might have read in an earlier post I past the 400# goal and am now at 394#. People are really amazed more at the way I'm losing the weight more than anything.
