Ah, a monthly goal challenge. ;-)

Ok, once I get back in the "swing" of things, I might consider
participating.

In the meantime, I don't need the pressure! lol

Cheers!

I would think that it would be a snap with your current sadistic eating
plan.

It's working well for me anyway.

You mean the protein fast? :-)
That only works if you can stick with it...... lol
I'm doing ok, but we shall see!

I'll post numbers again at the end of October.

Chicken tits get expensive after awhile!

I have a huge salad with a can or two of tuna for lunch almost every day
of the week.

At night, Cod, or Salmon, or Shrimp. I am finding my appetite is quickly
dimenishing. Or chicken tits. Last night was diced checken tits with
diced green and red bell peppers cooked in a very hot skillet with about
an 1/8 teaspoon olive oil, and lemon juice and pepper. That and cucumber
wedges.

Breakfasts were the hard ones for me. In fact I submitted to Cohen
yesterday that "ebh" be a new MFW abbreviation for Egg-beater hate.

This morning I rinsed a can of smoked muscles under hot water and mixed
them into a cup and a half of ff cottage cheese. That was breakfast. I
think that I will smoke some salmon this weekend for next weeks breakfasts.

Oh, late night wanting munchies were hard too, but DC suggested celery
as a substitute for chips with salsa. That rocks.

On the weekends I pretty much live off protien shakes during the day,
and normal diet dinners. Vanilla with a lot of Cinamon added. That way I
get a break from the foods I am eating all week.

My only real falter so far was a piece of cheese at my mom's last
Sunday. I am an absolute cheese fanatic and she had a sharp/bleu/sharp
wedge that she had bought. I had about and 1/8th of an ounce.

Ah! More fish!
I prefer canned tuna with lots of mayo which is forbidden. :-(
I'd love to figure out a way to make a GOOD tuna salad sans fat!

Even grilled catfish is too high in fat.
I prolly need to purchase some pollack fillets.

Shrimp is pricey so is reserved for treats. Maybe once per week.
Wish I could afford alligator.

Chicken tits are my staple right now. Grilled and sliced, served with
various low fat treatments.

Eggbeaters are a PITA.

Eggwhite omelets should work with sufficient flavorings of some sort.
I've not messed with it yet.

Maybe Tuna or shrimp and fat free cheese.

And dill, and celery.

Salmon is not low fat.

I may have to try canned clams, rinsed to get the oil off. Those smoked
cans of stuff are yummy! Check out the canned smoked octopus.

Yeah! I love celery.

I'm trying to avoid shakes. I don't respond well to Splenda for some
reason.

Heh! My weakness is good brie......
