hey everyone. I'm new in this forum and still figuring out how's the site work. Currently living in LA, love foods.. (one of my biggest challenge) but I'm pretty active in my daily activity. I want to meet new people here and hopefully could share some thoughts and experiences.

Ciao!

I have lost 21 pounds so far in about 5 weeks and I DO NOT love food
anymore. I also do not love watching tv or playing videogames anymore.
I only eat for nutrition now. I eat the most highly nutritious,
healthiest foods and nothing else. I select foods based on how good
they are for my health.

I LOVE the following things:

Being in full CONTROL OF MYSELF
working on my goals
being the best I can be
taking care of myself
being responsible
going for the things that are most important to me
being excellent

When you learn to love and respect yourself, you will want a better
life and to be better.

Eating like a pig and being irresponsible is a really ****ty way to
live and I don't want to do that ever again. I have learned my lesson.
I did it because I had low self esteem and I was depressed and I grew
up around horrible people and I didn't know how to have a good life or
that I could. But I did a lot of self improvement for the past several
years and I've learned a lot and healed my psychological wounds and
learned how to be successful and happy.
