Default breakfast for dinner!

Had to throw together dinner tonight and didn't want to go over too many
carbs so I browned a bit of low fat sausage, tossed in 2 eggs, sprinkled
with cheese. Microwaved for about 2 minutes some cabbage leaves and
rolled my egg mix all up in there, was delish!
Like a super low carb breakfast taco!

I'm the opposite, I often end up eating dinner for breakfast... a can
of tuna or a leftover chicken breast. For the most part, I don't do
sausage or bacon or eggs, but I still need some protein with every
meal.

Back in the old days...it was the thing...go out clubbing and then off to IHOP
at 2am for breakfast...those were the days....when you could eat and eat and
not worry about a thing!

Good for you! I don't have dinner anymore, for me the 6.00pm meal is
meal number six (out of seven). Last night I had 1/2 cup oatmeal mixed
with 2 tbsps peanut butter and 1/2 cup lite yogurt for meal number
six. (400 calories). Meal number seven was 1 cup oatmeal (volume
before cooking) mixed with one tablespoon almond butter. 400 calories,
2,800 for the day. For a relatively low carb fast meal I'd mix one
cup lite yogurt with 3 tablespoons almond or peanut butter.
