Default starting new hrs monday worked my last over night shift and ......

Last night was my last over night shift and I was good. I had no donuts
muffins or croissants of any kind. I had a veggie sandwich and drank two
bottles of water and two cans of diet coke. Also didn't have any ice capp's.
I'm off now from my job at Tim Horton's until next weekend, And work at my
new job this week.
I'm getting up at 5 just so I can exercise, plus also I have to be up
early enough to catch the bus as well. Things are going great. This week I
was down a total of 4lbs. I'm hoping for an even better lose next week or
just as good. thanks everyone again for the encouragement. You don't realize
how much it is helping me.
It has taking me a while to get back into the swing of things but I am
pretty much back to my old way of eating when I first started weight
watchers in march 2003, I have 14lbs to go before I reach my final goal and
I am sure that with your help and advice I can make it there.

Hope everyone else has had a great week congrads to those who have lost and
to those who haven't , good things come to those who wait and work their
butt off.

I was coming home from work the other day and I happen to look down and
found 10 dollars lying on the ground. also at my new job I didn't think that
we got tips and we do I got another 10 dollars there. And this morning
before I left Tim Horton's a few of my regulars were in and they also gave
me some good tips. Me and the guy I worked with left with 7 dollars each in
tips.
So it has been a great week. Hopefully it will continue. Tomorrow is the
start of a new week for me
Oh yah into weeks I have lost 7 inches in total. So I am quit happy with
that.
