Default Low Carb Baking?

http://www.geocities.com/jenny_the_bean/recipes.htm

You'll find protein powder pancakes and muffins that are most definitely
100% low carb with no sugar alcohols, soy, or mysterious food-science
ingredients.

I just had some delicious protein pancakes with raspberries this morning. 5
gms total. These taste so like real pancakes the rest of the family enjoys
them too.

I have started my low carb lifestyle a two months ago and I have already
lost 22 pounds? However, I miss some gold old high carb treats like

cookies,
muffins, etc. I have tried the Atkins low carb baking mixes but they just
don't make the cut taste-wise. Can anyone point me to some low carb but
relatively great tasting baking recipes on the Internet?

I would really appreciate it,
Gregory

Jarkat2002 generously shared with us this little ditty:
I didn't realize it was so complex.

Let's start with meat, eggs, and hard cheese, and work from there.

OK, then keep going from there. What is low carb to you? How many
carbs per serving? How many carbs per meal? How many carbs a day?

Actually that's pretty much it for him. (Maybe nuts sometimes). He
doesn't believe in vegetables. g

Dill pickles are vegetables.

Ok. Add macadamia nuts, pecans, and almonds, in small portions.

When I'm low carbing, I eat dill pickles but not tomatoes.

Btw... you're stupid.

You don't eat anything that has tomato in it? I find this hard to believe.

Btw... you're stupid.

I'm in good company then.

That's it? I guess that works for someone like you who does regular
carb-ups. For those of us who don't cycle carbs up and down, but instead
remain pretty consistent in our carb intake and plan to do so for the rest
of our lives, it may be prudent to have more variety than that.
