I didn't realize it was so complex.

Let's start with meat, eggs, and hard cheese, and work from there.

OK, then keep going from there.

Ok. Add macadamia nuts, pecans, and almonds, in small portions.

That's it? I guess that works for someone like you who does regular
carb-ups. For those of us who don't cycle carbs up and down, but instead
remain pretty consistent in our carb intake and plan to do so for the
rest
of our lives, it may be prudent to have more variety than that.

Where are the vegetables and berries? Yoghurt?

OK, then keep going from there. What is low carb to you? How

many
carbs per serving? How many carbs per meal? How many carbs a

day?

Actually that's pretty much it for him. (Maybe nuts sometimes).

He
doesn't believe in vegetables. g

Dill pickles are vegetables.

So are tomatoes and I bet you eat those.

When I'm low carbing, I eat dill pickles but not tomatoes.

You don't eat anything that has tomato in it? I find this hard to

believe.

I find it hard to believe you can't figure out how to lose weight. I find it
hard to believe you're that stupid.

Also sunflower seeds.

I seldom eat nuts at all, since I find it too much of a struggle to not
overeat them. And, I also eat brocolli, spinach, mushrooms, and limited
amounts of peppers and onions, and limited amounts of soft cheeses and
yogurt with splenda and either cinnamon or unsweetened cocoa powder as an
occasional treat. Since I eat things that aren't on your list, do you then
consider my diet to not be low-carb? Or do you consider it to be just a
different type of low-carb diet from yours? My daily carb intake ends up
being between 20 and 30g a day, with occasional spikes in the 40's.

How many times do I have to say it? I am not low carbing for weight loss.

I've never written that broccoli, spinach, mushrooms, etc. are not low carb
(I just prefer not to eat them). I'm a bit skeptical of the yogurt and soft
cheese.

IOW, I consider your diet to be low carb for the most part.

If you're going to eat broccoli though, you should at least learn how to
spell it, miss-i'm-the-greatest-writer-in-the-world.
