Default Week 1: New lifestyle successful

It's working.... I'm keeping my calorie intake to an average of
1600-1800/day and getting some exercise. I haven't settled into a
routine yet but it's only my first week so I'm trying not to overdue
it. I feel better already and the scale is showing a loss although
you never know how much is water, etc.

I joined Curves last Wednesday, have worked out there twice and
finally got back on my treadmill yesterday - felt good to dust it off.
Fitday.com has been a big help too.

Here's to Week 2!

Congratulations Amy! You're off to a good start.

How do you like Curves? I was a member for a year before switching to a
regular gym closer to home.

Wonderful progress, Amy -- that's what it's all about -- progress, not perfection!

I know the first week's loss is mainly water, etc, but isn't it kind of
Nature to cause our bodies to have this reaction - so encouraging!
