Week 1: New lifestyle successful
It's working.... I'm keeping my calorie intake to an average of
1600-1800/day and getting some exercise. I haven't settled into a routine yet but it's only my first week so I'm trying not to overdue it. I feel better already and the scale is showing a loss although you never know how much is water, etc. I joined Curves last Wednesday, have worked out there twice and finally got back on my treadmill yesterday - felt good to dust it off. Fitday.com has been a big help too. Here's to Week 2! - Amy 221/216/140 |

I was a member for a year before switching to a regular gym closer to home. Beverly |

Wonderful progress, Amy -- that's what it's all about -- progress, not perfection!
