I think that's probably close to the WHO amount which, I believe, is a
minimum, not a maximum.


yeah. USDA for me says around 44, while WHO says 25 (rounded).

good, because i usually reach about 70 a day without even trying. i thought it
was a very low amount, even for so few calories.
