Starting Over & Need Advice Please!!!!
Hello everyone!
I am will struggling too lose weight and stay OP. I have gain just about all my weight back when I first started ww. I recently found out that I was born with half a knee cap and will have too have an operation but will not be until the end of the year. Which means that I am going too be on bed rest for a while. Before that happens I would like too be at a healthier weight. I am currently on ww winning points but I am thinking about switching too ww flex program. What tips can you give me too help me make the transformation over too the flex program?Also what tips can you give me for after I have my knee operation too stay OP? |

I cannot afford them right now. I have the flex at home program that someone give too me. if you have the at home kit then you have all of the material, and you can

How are you both doing today? I use the ww board a lot as a reference and too as questions. At times people on certain threads people can be will rude. I must say so far everyone has made we feel so welcome here and have been very supportive. I will appreciate that a lot. Do either of you know of any sites that are helpful weight loss tools that I can use too follow the flex program? Also info regarding calorie content of what you eat?
