Default Food & Exercise -- 7/28/2007

Stayed home all day today. Went for an early run -- quite warm and
very humid at 7:00 a.m. I'd hoped to go to the pool in the afternoon
but we had thunderstorms all afternoon. (And I'm so glad we got some
rain; it's been terribly dry here.) Instead I did a fair bit of
housework.

Food (all at home):

* 8:00: oatmeal w/ peanut butter, flax seed, & dried cranberries
* 10:45: energy cookie
* 12:30: turkey burger on whole wheat bun w/ 3 slices f/f cheese, dill
pickle, & catsup
* 3:30: 1 square dark chocolate
* 5:00: 4 whole grain crackers w/ 2 slices f/f cheese
* 7:30: 2 cups Chunky Pot Roast soup; 2 glasses wine (bordeaux-style
red blend) {still drinking the second glass}

Exercise:

* 7:00: 3 mile run
