If you are 7'5" and weigh 400 lbs, you should not have any trouble
losing 8 lbs in one week on any good diet but if all you are planning on
doing is going to the gym, you will probably gain 8 lbs because the gym
will just make you hungrier.

Why 8 lbs in a week? I'm curious.

'Cause he/she/it is an idiot? Eight pounds in one week is extreme. Even
if you ate nothing, you'd be lucky to lose eight real pounds in one week.

I totally agree. I was just wondering why 8, instead of say 7. Some
ridiculous crash diets tout lose a pound a day for instance, which we
all know wouldn't be real weight in just one week.

Scooping out your brains wouldn't do because that is typically only 3
pounds or so.

In your case, it sounds like you might be 7 pounds short even if you did it.

Starve, sweat like crazy and pass out might do it.
