Default Breakfast treat with a little crunch

Hi guys,

I treat myself with this for breakfast about twice a week. The
measurements on the fruit and cream are pretty close to exact,
since I use a half-bag of frozen (no sugar added) fruit and
measure the cream but the rest is estimated. It is estimated
high though (I scoop out a little less than 2 tablespoons for
each), so the numbers are safe.

1 cup Frozen Peaches nuked to hot and blotted mostly dry.
Add 1/8 cup General Mills Fiber One Cereal, 1/8 cup Chopped
Walnuts, and top it with 1/8 cup Heavy (aka Double) Cream.

27.5 grams carbs
13.5 grams fruit sugars
16 grams fiber

**or**

1 cup Frozen Strawberries nuked to hot and blotted mostly dry.
Add 1/8 cup General Mills Fiber One Cereal, 1/8 cup Chopped
Walnuts, and top it with 1/8 cup Heavy (aka Double) Cream.

27.5 grams carbs
13.5 grams fruit sugars
7.5 grams fiber

Once in a blue moon, I'll do it with frozen blueberries, but I
really don't like blueberries often. I eat less blueberries when
I do it with those. Just 1/4 bag instead of half.

It'd probably be good with frozen raspberries, blackberries,
or mixed berries too, if you like those. I don't like them at all
so have never tried them.

I'm sure it would be good with fresh berries, but I live in
Alaska and the frozen tends to be more affordable (and
incidentally, available year-round) and I've developed a taste
preference for frozen over fresh.

It's an awfully yummy treat. No good for Atkins Induction, of
course, but okay a couple of times a week for OWL.

Oops! typo! SIX (not 16) grams fiber in this one.
