Default Crystal Light

I was making up a jug of it last night and noticed that the
nutritional info on the back said for a 250 mg serving (1 cup)
the carbohydrate count was 1 gram per serving.

Just a heads up for anyone who is drinking it regularly and on
Induction.
I never noticed this myself until last night.

A 6 cup jug of it, if you drink it in a day, will add up to 6 carbs.
Almost half the carbohydrates allowed daily on Induction.
