I am glad to know there is someone because I plan to try, starting next week
of course. I love Crystal Light, but I detest water and diet soda. "Carmen" wrote in message ... Jenny wrote: So is there anyone here who can drink Crystal Light and still lose on LC? Me. Carmen |

I hate drinking water and will not do it regardless of how many times I hear
how good water is for me. I can stomach diet Mt. Dew, but the closest to pure water I can handle is Crystal Light, which is why I asked about it. "ADC" wrote in message ... you detest water? You have an addiction.
Water is necessary for life, flavor is just there as a merchandising trick! Change is required to be successful with a diet. There was a time where Cola's was the only thing I would drink. I removed the caffeine by going to clear cola's Sprite 7Up etc and I now have removed these and use plain out of the tap filtered water. Change is good! -- Emil Luca 08-12-03 369/314/200 "Jenny" wrote in message . .. I hate drinking water and will not do it regardless of how many times I hear how good water is for me. She has been successful. Disliking plain water doesn't exactly call for an addiction diagnosis. Carmen |
