I am glad to know there is someone because I plan to try, starting next week
of course. I love Crystal Light, but I detest water and diet soda.

Another option is unsweetened Kool Aid with whatever AS is acceptable
for you.

I hate drinking water and will not do it regardless of how many times I hear
how good water is for me. I can stomach diet Mt. Dew, but the closest to
pure water I can handle is Crystal Light, which is why I asked about it.

You have an addiction.
Water is necessary for life, flavor is just there as a merchandising trick!
Change is required to be successful with a diet. There was a time where
Cola's was the only thing I would drink. I removed the caffeine by going to
clear cola's Sprite 7Up etc and I now have removed these and use plain out
of the tap filtered water.

Change is good!

Raised eyebrows Jenny's been low-carbing for years Emil. She has
been successful. Disliking plain water doesn't exactly call for an
addiction diagnosis.
