A Chicken Question....
Can someone help me figure out the calories in chicken drumsticks?
say 450grams of chicken drumsticks (with bone) and no skin.. how many calories would they have in total? Just cooked in the oven, no oil,etc... Obviously I dont eat the bone  Thank you.
