9:30 (home): 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices melted f/f cheese 12:30 (home): 1 Light 'n Fit Smoothie 1:45 (home): 150g leftover turkey meatloaf w/ 3 slices melted f/f cheese 4:00 (home): 1.5 cups red seedless grapes 7:00 (country club): 1 cup crab soup; ~3 oz. salmon with cream sauce with little shrimps in it; ~1/4 cup mashed potatoes; ~1.5 oz. asparagus {At all the soup and half or less of the main course -- hence the small portions. Brought home the leftovers.}; wine Totals: 1408 calories (300 from wine), 34g fat (22%), 104g carbs (29%), 104g protein (29%) Exercise: Just some housework. Chris 262/178/??? |
