Default I am thinking my stomach is shrinking!!

I went to our annual, traditional santa breakfast yesterday morning and
normally I will eat the breakfast of scrambled eggs, 1 slice ham, 2
pancakes, orange juice and hot chocolate. Then I will have more eggs--maybe
3rds on eggs--more pancakes--at least 2 sometimes 4--and more hot
chocolate--not juice it gives me heartburn. Yesterday I had only the one
serving of all and was so full I felt like I was going to pop. Then last
night we had pizza (Papa Murphy's take and bake). Now I hadn't eaten any
lunch or anything else since breakfast and it was almost 8:00 so I was
absolutley "starving". I had two pieces of pizza and was so full I couldn't
hardly move. Normally I would eat about 4 or 5 pieces when I'm that hungry,
and at least 3 on a normal night!! I think my stomach is shrinking--now if
I could just see the results on the outside!!!

this is a major NSV, and you will see the results as you go along. I think
it is like when I don't lose for several weeks in a row, but I know my
clothes are getting bigger. Things inside have to rearrange and readjust.
I saw my SIL this week, last time I saw her was in October. Now I have only
lost about ten pounds in that time maybe even less, she says I am hiding it
well as in her opinion I looked twenty pounds lighter. She is very
observant and would not tell me that unless true so I am OK with taking some
time to get the, good luck, Lee

I always like it when someone notices I've lost something--even when it's
only a pound or two--sometimes that's what keeps me going!!!

Sounds good and that you also made a good decision to not stuff
yourself even though food was freely available.

Woohoo, that's great Janice. That makes it easier to not blow it. The
outside results will come soon enough :-)

I've noticed that with me, too! It took awhile for my head to catch up, so I
knew from the start I could eat less and be full. Way to go, Janice!
