My SIL's jaw dropped!
my SIL and I have both had a weight problem since our 1st kids were born '89
for her '91 for me. I saw her today at Target and her jaw dropped to the floor. She has been trying to pray her obesity away and that just doesn't work. Of course, she asked me "what do you eat" I told her to buy the SBD book and try that. it's too liberal for me, but may work for her. I hope she does something about it. she is so heavy that it affects every part of her life.
