Pedometer Challenge: Day 1 (Monday)

Goal: 10,000 steps + regular workout
Actual: 14,120 + 50 minutes on elliptical trainer (machine stated 822 cals)

Heh. I put mine on yesterday and racked up 3500 steps. Including my
workout.

Way to go! I ended up not walking (ankle still weak) but I did do 16 miles on the
bicycle, in addition to my 60-minute gym workout.
