NYNY -Jane
Officially it's a maintain as my NYNY starting weight was recorded as 202,
but last week I dipped under 200. This week I'm back up to 202. I've been sick all week - cystitis at the beginning of the week and now I have a stinking cold. I've been craving carbs all week so I'm not really surprised at the gain. I've been doing my best to resist but I never can when I'm sick. Hopefully I'll start to feel better soon and will be able to get right back on plan. Hopefully most of it is water - I haven't been too over the top - more at maintenaince level really just showing a (hopefully temporary) gain. Jane 259.6/202.0/139 NYNY 202/202/190 |
