Again with the Kool-Aid. Here is the question for the group. Which do you
think would be better for efficient weight loss with the Atkins diet? Two quarts of Kool-Aid sweetened with a cup of Splenda, which I found out has 24 grams, or the two quarts of sugar free Kool-Aid which I think is sweetened with the nutra sweet stuff, with 0 grams? Apparently everything I read says nutra sweet or sucralose whatever it is, is a no no. I have been averaging about 1/2 pound a day loss recently with the splenda Kool-Aid so cant complain but I haven't been eating many other carbs, as I have been eating eggs and meat at breakfast and dinner and no carbs for lunch, just a broiled hamburger steak. I am just curious for when I add some carbs in the form of veggies. |

You can buy liquid splenda on the black market. It has zero carbs.

Yes, the liquid doesn't have the filler that the granulated has to fluff it
up. In , Mike stated | "Cubit" wrote in message | ... || You can buy liquid splenda on the black market. It has zero carbs. | | Are you sure it's zero carbs? The granulated Splenda on the box says | 0 carbs per serving, but on their website, it says a cup = 24 carbs. |
