Default Pedometer Challenge: Day 2 (Tuesday)


Goal: 10,000 steps plus regular exercise
Actual: 11,307 steps
bike to work (12.93 miles @ 17.3 mph - 44:37 minutes)
bike home from work (13.86 miles @ 16.9 mph - 49:17 minutes)

Default Pedometer Challenge: Day 2 (Tuesday)

Fabulous job! I did 12 miles on the bike (only about 10 mph), and my morning weight
lifting workout at the gym (60 min.). You are really good on that bike!

Believe me, when I started I was happy to see double digits -- in either
mph or total mileage! I was so proud of myself the first time that I
rode 10 miles... As you know, getting out there is half the battle --
heck, it maybe the *whole* battle!
