I love imitation crab meat! This is one of my favorite snacks. I like it
so well, I just eat it straight from the package. "Chris Braun" wrote in message ... On Fri, 13 Aug 2004 13:18:57 GMT, "Teri" wrote: I have a package of fake crab meat. What should I do with it? Teri It's kind of like your salad, but I like to mix it with a little low-fat mayo and some seasonings, then put it in a pita pocket with a couple of tomato slices and some lettuce. Chris |

Teri Do you mean those ocean sticks, as they call them? You could use them in a stir-fry, perhaps, with some vegetables and a little Chinese sauce of your choice (with rice if you eat rice, or by itself if you don't). -- Annabel - "Mrs Redboots" 90/89/80kg http://www.gale-edit.com/products/volumes/crab_meat.htm Is this another of those "we have different names for the same thing" g When you say ocean sticks the first thing that comes to mind is "fish sticks". These would be breaded fish shaped into stick shape. |

Beverly, perhaps you didn't know the fish are different over here. They have five fingers on each hand, and they cut them off and cover them in breadcrumbs vbg janice |

Maybe then they could remove the hook from their mouth and I wouldn't have to do it when throwing back a fish that's not suitable for keepingG Beverly |
