Default Woohoo, I love the whoosh fairy

I had a fantastic weigh-in this week. Down 1.5kg, 3.3 lbs. Woohoo :-)
I have no idea how I managed it, except that I've stopped snacking in
the evenings. I guess I was consuming more after dinner than I
thought.

great news, either you were consuming more than you thought or you have
shaken up your body by changing the pattern of your eating, either way, you
lost and that is a good thing, Lee

I've started again getting busy in evenings.. mainly I do word puzzles...
*blush* it's silly but it keeps me busy ! I'm looking into knitting lessons
too !!!!!!

Thanks Lee. I think It's a mix of not consuming as much and shaking
things up. Whatever it is, it seems to be working so I think I'll
stick with it. Now I just need to concentrate on getting in as much
exercise as I should.

Oops, just noticed I forgot to change my sig. I've updated the numbers

Yeah, I often do/did that. I'm not a big daytime eater, never have
been really. I often eat mindlessly in the evenings out of boredom
though, so I'm making sure I keep busy now. I've seriously cut back on
the amount of TV I watch.

Cool. Sounds good Willow. I've spending a lot of time on msn and in a
chatroom, hanging out with friends. The conversations move so fast
that I don't have time to eat...lol... It's also helping with my water
intake. I keep a bottle with me at the desk and for some reason
chatting makes me really thirsty.
