Default It's tough...

Here I am sitting here in my apartment ready to start my workout. A
thought of cookies goes through my brain. Yesterday I've seen a lady
with Aeoro cookies in her basket. I thought, "Luck you!". I've
successfully kept away from junk food for a few weeks now.

The second thought I had is "If I had only month to live, what would I
choose: 1. Eating those stupid vegetables and working out 2. Eating
delicious junk food whenever I feel like it." No doubt I would choose
junk food. Life without junk food for me loses a lot of its appeal. I
understand it's great to be slim and be in shape, but I tend to put
more priority to great tasty food which is junk food.

But the fact is you don't have only a month to live, and what you eat
and the amount can have an effect on how many months you have and
whether you live them as a slim healthy vigorous person or as a sluggish
* overweight person. *Remember, a condemned man's last meal doesn't
affect his life expectancy. * But your meal isn't your last.

Del, I did not even do my workout even though I was all ready.
Instead, I went back to sleep and slept a good three hour. When I
don't feel good mentally, sleeping is my way of coping.

Tonight I made myself a favor. I made home-made popcorn in olive oil.
It made me fool good. I'm back on track!
