Default Suger Busters Plan

I'd like to hear from anyone that's tried the Sugar Busters Plan. My doctor
has advised me to do this and I wondered if anyone here has had success with
it. I'd like to also hear from people who tried it and didn't like it and
why.

Thanks!

May I ask you if the Sugar Buster Plan includes not eating dried fruit? Many
people think that even if they eat dried fruit, such as raisins, they are
still eating on a sugar free diet.

Now, anyone with an ounce of training in nutrition understands that dried
fruit is massively loaded with sugar, so if the Sugar Buster Plan oks dried
fruit, we know the plan is less than perfect.

First get another doctor. No doctor should be recommending a
commercial plan. It only proves he a) slept through the
nutrition lecture in school and b) hasn't learned a thing since.

Find Weight Watchers if you want to pay somebody to help you
lose weight.

If not, buy some cross trainers and start an exercise program.
Then get a referral to a registered dietitian from your new doctor.

registered dietitians have led this country "right down the tubes",
along with the doctors who don't stay current with their medical
literature!
