Natures Own Lite brand is only 40 cal per regular-sized slice. Sarah
Lee makes a Delightful Brand that is Whole Wheat and has only 45 cal.
per regular-size slice. There is no bread that is nonfat, just lowfat.
They are playing the game where they round off the fat grams to zero,
but there is 0.5 gm in each serving. They do this with products that
are almost 100% fat, like Promise "nonfat" margarine and cooking
sprays. Still, low fat is good. dkw
