Default WHAT A BUNCH OF BULL

I've been talking to dieters. They say that they only need 1800
calories a day and some of the are like 220 pounds. I tells them they
will starve to death. I am currently 435 pounds and lovin it. I am
never bored, as I always have donuts to keep me busy. Some of these
dieters are so bored because they don't have the energy to work out all
the time like they say they should do and they try to keep themselves
entertained by watching CSI reruns and Baseball.

CSI and Baseball? Give me a clock to watch, please.

So what brings you by? I just watched CSI Miami for the first time last
week. It rocked. My daughter-in-law is an exec in the production
company.

Actually no they wont. Most people will lose weight by limiting their
food intake by a mere 500 calories a day (7 daysx 500 = 1lb scale
weight loss). They would be eating around 8 to 10 x their weight which
is enough for adequate sustanance. For health tho, that would depend
on what they are eating for that 1800 to 2200 calories a day -
nutrition over just entertaining their taste buds because all calories
are not created equal. You probably dont know a Krispy Kreme glazed
donut (210 calories/12 grams fat) from a salmon fillet (1/2 @280
calories/12.5 grams fat). You are on the low end of the learning curve
- not something to be proud of.

I am currently 435 pounds and lovin it.

And you are posting to a diet support group ...hmmmm ...
What DO you 'love' so much about it?
