Low Carb Recipe site...NOTHING FOR SALE!
Hey everyone,
We try and send a note every couple of weeks to remind folks we are here. We have a site with recipes and photos of our cooking. Nothing for sale, just sharing. http://lamsonadventures.com/recipes/atkins.html We LOVE the comments from everyone, except the mean ones. :-) Keep coming and viewing and feel free to drop us a recipe if you would like. Make sure to credit the creator when you do though. Here is healthy, lo-carb living!!!! If you have a site, feel free to bookmark us, just let us know. We are quickly realizing that this is not a fad, it is a way of life. We have been eating low-carb about 7 months now, and love it! -- Garth & Angela http://lamsonadventures.com/recipes/atkins.html |

Are the recipes that you just provided the links to new? Are new ones somehow noted at the site? You have some great-sounding recipes.... Thanks. -- Jean B., 12 miles west of Boston, Massachusetts, USA |

I would just like to point out that in a true quiche, the cubed cheese is
placed in the dish, and covered with the egg-cream mixture. In a true quiche, you do not melt the cheese in the cream. It is simply not necessary. |

It is simply not necessary. It does seem to be a waste of time to melt it. I wanna know why 9 out of 10 quiche "lorraine" recipes don't have lorraine cheese in them. Swiss is a lot sharper. -- jamie ) "There's a seeker born every minute." |

More to do with the region in France in which it was created as a dish
with added meat as opposed to the actual brand of cheese...... I guess.
