Publix!

You can now order Atkins sandwiches at their deli!!
They let you choose the atkins bread you want..They had my son pull a loaf off
the shelf..

It was a nice change get tired of eating hamburgers on the run....They gave 2
for $4.00 and they were a nice size..only ate one..It had ham and cheese,
lettuce,tomatoes,olives,onions,olive oil and vinagar..
I usually eat turkey but ds picked it out..

Safeway has low-carb wraps. I believe they are using the LaTortilla Factory
large wraps. The sandwiches are between 5-8 carbs each, and all are great. Or,
you can get them made to order with whatever you want. A welcome change, for
me, from eating cold cuts and cheese with no bread.
