How do your jeans fit
"MH" wrote in message ... "Jennifer Austin" wrote in message ... I only wish lowrise boot cut jeans came in black, I like black jeans the best, but I can't stand jeans that sit at the waist, they're just not as comfy, and all black jeans are waist high. Martha Gap has some in "whiskered black" and Old Navy has some ultra low rise boot cut jeans in black. Not here in SF, I've looked. I'll try again, though. I found them on line, not at the store. Happy shopping! Jennifer |

Banana Republic slim fit size 4-6 (depends on the day G, I've got both) I'm an hour glass, but for jeans that should amount to the same thing since jeans don't have a top. If you're looking for a jean with a high waist, for someone with a large hips/small waist, that's your pair of jeans. And I don't have room for all my clothes! I've kind of taken over the guest room with them. (I don't mean just the closet, but piles on the bed and stuff.) I know DH doesn't really approve of all this, but he doesn't ever criticize, just sort of laughs at me a bit. Money isn't the issue here either. My DH encourages me to get what I want, even going so far as to encouraging me to try on things if he sees me looking longingly at an item Fortunately I haven't filled my closet yet because I keep rotating stuff out and sending it to Goodwill or now giving it to friends at work. Nor here, but time is, and a hatred of shopping. So if anyone would like to go for me G . . . I do remember back when I was "growing down" through my clothes, and getting rid of them as I did. But I never bought any at all until I lost the first 70 pounds (out of 86), and I'll have to tell you, it wasn't a pretty sight. Finally I had no choice, because I was going to buy clothes or walk around naked after the clothes I owned fell off me. It was probably as good a reason as any for me to maintain my weight loss this last (almost) 6 years. Otherwise I'd have to go shopping again. One big advantage to remaining a constant size is "point and click" shopping. If I lived in a more urban area and had a better sense of style, I'd like to be a personal shopper I do remember back when I was "growing down" through my clothes, and getting rid of them as I did. But I never bought any at all until I lost the first 70 pounds (out of 86), and I'll have to tell you, it wasn't a pretty sight. Finally I had no choice, because I was going to buy clothes or walk around naked after the clothes I owned fell off me. I didn't buy clothes at first until I went from a size 28 to about size 20-22. Now I only buy a few pieces in each size, but I do have to make sure I look professional each day when I go to work. Strangely enough, if I go in looking sloppy, the kids respond differently. It was probably as good a reason as any for me to maintain my weight loss this last (almost) 6 years. Otherwise I'd have to go shopping again. One big advantage to remaining a constant size is "point and click" shopping. I am looking forward to being the same size for more than a few weeks. Hopefully that size will be an 8 I am a professional online shopper since I don't live near too much decent shopping. |

I do have a pair of tickets to the first Giants playoff game, though. : ) Martha |
