POINTS question
174 and a little less = 22 points/day
174 and a little more = 24 points/day I'm at 176, should I stay at 24, or move to 22? I'm sure it wouldn't hurt to go down. I'm just rather attached to my points. But then losing's the goal, not maintaining. anne |

I use WW Online and the daily points tracker does not budge from the
daily target until your weight drops into the next target zone. You can keep eating 24 pts/day until that day. Sometimes peoplehave a hard time adjusting to the new target points and ease into it by dropping 1 point at a time. If you wanted to, you could set your daily target points to 23. -- Linda P On Sun, 29 Aug 2004 00:08:33 GMT, "anne" wrote: 174 and a little less = 22 points/day 174 and a little more = 24 points/day I'm at 176, should I stay at 24, or move to 22? What I do when I am half way between a point range I drop a point. So in my
case, my weight last week was 262.8 and that should be 30 points, but I dropped mine to 29 points and when I hit the 250 point I will drop to 28. Much easier to drop one point at a time, rather than two points. I think sometimes when people stall with their weight loss it is when they are nearer to the lower end of that range and should go with the lower number. I hope that makes some sense, it has worked for me so far. Some people suggested dropping 1 pts to make it easier.. if that works for
you fine.. I personaly never dropped a single point until it was time too.. nuh huh.. too attached to them ! -- Will~ The problem with this world is stupidity, now I'm not saying there should be capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off everything and let the problem solve itself?
