Breakfast: 1.5 eggs fried with spam- no xtra cals, instant grits,
and a biscuit. skim milk & sweet tea cal- 710 Lunch: strawberry & spinach salad, potato soup . piece of bread cal- 620 snack: 1 slice of veggie pizza cal- 280 Dinner: homemade veggie soup, cheese sandwich with tad bit of mayo and 2% cheese 1/2 an apple cal- 475 later snack: black bean burger on wheat bun cal- 210. water Total Cals- 2295 I had a lot of calories today and I think it has to do with how early I got up and how much manual labor I did today because I actually got hungry several times today which is odd. I was up at 6am and haven't gone to bed yet and it's almost 1 am, so that probably has something to do with it, plus my work is moving buildings so Ive been moving crap around my office all day. So I did burn some calories doing that I'm sure but I have no clue how many. |
