Food Log 11.17.07 (yesterday)
I think that I messed up my dates because the last time I posted said
the 17th, but that was yesterday and I was posting that for Friday. Anyhow... Breakfast: 2 eggs and i slice of wheat toast. 1% milk cal- 300 Lunch: black bean burger, broccoli, green peppers and carrots, mashed potatoes. diet coke cal- 700 Dinner: 2 cheese sandwiches, a few fries. diet coke cal- 450 1 red. fat oreo, half a jar of peaches, 10 banana chips cal- 120 Total Cals- 1570 |
