Food & Exercise -- 11/16/2007
Usual gym stuff this morning. Afterward I had a whole bunch of
errands, so DH and I met for lunch at a local Italian restaurant. We've spent the evening at home. Food: * 7:30 (home): oatmeal w/ peanut butter, flax seed, & freeze-dried strawberries * 11:00 (gym, between lifting & yoga): 4 multi-grain crackers * 2:00 (Italian restaurant): 1 cup minestrone; ~2 oz. each eggplant parmesan & veal parmesan; a couple of bites of fettucine {I got a platter with the eggplant, veal, & fettucine -- ate half or less of the eggplant and veal and almost none of the fettucine (I'm not that into pasta) -- brought the rest of the food home -- DH will eat the fettucine; I'll probably eat the rest}; 1 glass wine (Montepulciano) * 5:00 (home): Tootsie Pop * 7:30 (home): ~2 oz. salmon piccata; ~10 steamed baby carrots (my leftovers from last night's dinner); 1 glass wine (Chardonnay) * sometime later (home): 100-calorie chocolate pretzel bar Exercise: * 10:15: Lifting: standing on BOSU ball, with aerobics bar: back squats, front squats, overhead squats; sitff-legged deadlifts w/ DB, standing on one leg; cable crossover oblique twists; hyperextensions; reverse hyperextensions; captain's chair leg lifts * 11:15: 75-minute yoga class * 12:45: Swimming: 500 meters Chris 262/130s/130s |
