Hi everyone. I wont bore you with 7 days of food menus and exercise routines.
I have been very busy and havent had time to get on the computer for personal
reasons. 12/02 was my last post I weighed 203.5 my current weight is 203.
I've only lost a half a pound this past week. I did manage to make it to
curves 3 days last week and I haven't been pigging out, but I havent been
writing things down and I find that if I dont plan my meals out first thing
in the morning and write them down I dont always make the best choices.

My DH has been working 7 days 12 hrs a day for about 3 weeks now. It turned
of bitterly cold here so I have been out side in it for about 4 to 6 hr aday
chopping ice in ponds and haying and feeding cattle. I usually just care for
all the animals here at our home place and he does the pastures that are
about 6 miles from our house but he just didnt have time. We had one cow that
didnt get breed back at the right time and she decided to have a calf on
Friday it was 2 degrees here. My son was home to help me get her in the
corral and warm the calf up. I put him in the floor of the truck and ran the
heater for awhile. Today is sunday and he is a ive so we did good.

I have also had to babysit my grandsons 3 days because my DD was busy with
her best friends bridal shower.

Then I still have my clients that I'm trying to get there book work down as
far as I can before I go back to work. I well probably have to go to weekly
posting when I start back to work, at least thru april.

Anyway enough about my busy week. I am hoping to have a much warmer and
calmer week. DH overtime is over hopefully for awhile. I am ready for
Christmas my sisters are coming in on the 22nd so I'm looking forward to
seeing them. I havn't seen them since July when we had our sister trip. Us 5
sisters go on 2 or 3 day trip each summer with no men and no kids. We have a
great time we share a hotel room and its like a big slumber party.

Hope I didn't bore anyone to much, I just wanted to let you know I was still
here.

Lori

Good to see you, it has been quiet. Sounds like you are doing great in a
challenging situation. Here in the deep South I have been freezing in the 30
something degree weather we had for a day or two.... My feet are cold now
and we have it 70 in the house .
