I love griddled tuna steaks
or home made chicken kebabs (marinated in yoghurt & spices, or whatever)
or simply good steak

served with salad
or jacket potatoes
or nice bread

grilled aubergines or peppers?

puds are sorbet/sherbet
or frozen fruits with yoghurt on top and a sprinkling of meringue nest or
honey kashi for crunch - all cold and fruity and lurverly.
or jelly.........

Tonight's menu:

Selection of low fat cold meats
Boiled new potatoes
green salad
Tomato salad

I shall follow with an apple.

Total: 5.5 points. Maybe 6 if I put olives in the tomato salad.

Any kind of fish grilled on the bbq.
Lots of summer squash and zucchini with low fat meatballs or chicken pieces
in spagetti sauce.
Salads with cut up chicken or shrimp.

Just tried bbq chicken and sweet potatoes (recently on the ww site--US
version). It was very popular with teens and DH.
