i have been watching what i eat carefully over the last couple of days. and
i have come to realize that my weight loss is no longer a fluke that what i
am doing is really working. i'm going home today to my parents so that will
be the test if i can keep this up or not .i have so far stayed at 125lbs for
days now. so i'm happy with that. if i lose more great if not i'm still
happy, cause i'm back where i want to be.
