Default rich-taste -for-few-calories dessert

I kind of ripped this off from that dreadful "ediets express" fiasco:
get those phyllo cups that usually are in the frozen foods dept...the
little ones intended for hors d'oeuvres. Get some fresh or frozen
berries, your choice, and sweeten to taste with Splenda, or whatever you
use. put a spoonful in the phyllo cups, top off with a coffee-spoon of
skim-milk ricotta and it tastes like a rich dessert Three of the cups
is one serving. It comes it at around 40 calories each. I always try
to take something to our annual church retreat for those of us who are
trying to eat conservatively, and might do this one this year. Last year
I made splenda-sweetened meringues, with berries and fat-free vanilla
yogurt for topping. Would you believe the MEN gobbled them down,
thinking they were a rich dessert!
