LC Newbie

Hi All!

My name is Rusty and I am new to LC. I've subscribed to this news group in
the hopes of finding a "support group" to keep me on the straight and narrow
of LC. Anyway, here are my current stats:

Sex: Male

Age: 22

Height: 5'11"

Weight: 300 lbs

BMI: 42

Goal Weight: 180 (Doctor says I can only get down to 200, but I want to
prove him wrong)

I look forward to talking to you all and hearing about your successes with
LC Dieting.
