Thanks Jayjay, I am not offended in any way. I also hold alot of the

weight
in my tummy, hips and boobs. I gain and loose weight in my face and boobs
first, so I am not surprised that my face gets so huge when I am heavier.
You can always say that I have a really pretty fat face . I wish I took
side views as well.

Ya know, my biggest trouble spot is my low abs - I carry all my fat there.
It's the first place I gain it and the last place I lose it! I didn't start
to see noticable improvement until I got within 10 lbs of goal. Maybe
you'll start to see improvements as you get a little closer too.

Wow, Perple, youve come a long way.

Ya know the old saying "but you've got a real pretty face"... Well, I
have to say (in all honesty) you hold alot of weight in your face.
sorry.

At 225 you look really good and I'd never guess that you were that
weight.

Do you think Old Navy jeans are cut small??

I think I am much cuter then Bette Midler! I do have a chubby face and

very
oily skin and no wrinkles at age almost 35. There are pluses and

minuses
to
everything.

For me, my tummy is the last to go. My face, boobs and thighs shrink the
fastest. It is so hard to find jeans these days. Either the thighs are

too
big on them or the waist is too small. I've been considering buying
maternity jeans so that the thighs on my pants don't look so huge.

Thanks for the support.

I have a similar problem with jeans. I've never had a waist and slacks
always fit me tight in the waist and loose around the hip/thigh area. I
always wore the Wrangler jeans with the elastic insert in the sides of the
waistband. Recently I've tried GV stretch jeans and Old Navy jeans that
fit slightly below the waist. Both seem to fit my body shape much better
than the Wranglers. Keep trying - you'll find a brand that fits.

well, I'll gladly take some of your boob weight from you.. but I
don't need any more on my hips or tummy....

I do gain in my thighs, butt and lower tummy, I can definately tell
the weight is coming on when it starts showing in my upper abs/waist
line... but that's the last to gain and the first to go. THe thighs
are the first to gain, last to go.. and I struggle to get so low that
they go. There's only so much deprivation someone can go through.
In my case its a matter of - look like a hollywood-ite ... or look
normal and live with the extra thighs. (in otherwords, accept my body
image for what it is).

You will always have a round, full face - even if you lose weight.
Kinda like Bette Midler (sp?). She's got a similar face to yours.
Skinny (and she's been very skinny at times) or heavy.

You can really hold your weight well. And you look great in your
current pictures!

Not the style I bought. They are stretch, fit below the waist and have
slightly flared legs. They are really comfortable. My granddaughters and I
went to the mall shopping over the weekend. I wore them with a Christmas
sweater and the granddaughters loved it - they thought it was cool for
Mamaw to be wearing flare jeans g I think they give a little length to
my short legs.

Well the reason I ask is because I tried on their size 16 this past weekend
and I could not get it buttoned... even the stretch. I own 3 different
brands of size 16 and they all fit. It got me a wee bit upset.

I don;t go by sizes any more. I've got jeans that are size 4 that
fit, and othes that are size 10 and fit... ALl fitting with me being
the same size.

Don't let the sizing upset you. I've found the sizes are never the same
between manufacturers. I have jeans that range from size 10-16 and they all
fit fine. I even have GV jeans that fit fine but are different sytles and
different sizes. You would think the same manufacturer could at least
constant in their sizes g

I've also found that I tend to buy stretch jeans one size larger than
regular jeans.
