Default NSV.....fell off diet for two days......sorry kind of long

Went home to my parents place for christmas. I went to my grandmothers
christmas eve, I was pretty good there, only had thre maybe four small
pieces of chocalate and a diet coke. Before that at my parents place I was
also fairly good. With only having maybe a hand full or a bit more of
candies.
We went to friends of ours after my grandmothers, and they had lots of
food. I had a rootbeer which I haven't had in I don't know how long. also I
had a couple of Niomaie bars ( not sure if spelt right probably not ) . I
know it doesn't sound like alot. But to someone who hasn't had any real
sugar in a long while, it hit me hard. It went right threw me and maybe me
feel sick.
I tried not to have any today, but when I went to my b/f's his parents
had chocalate out. And again I had to have some. This is coming from someone
who hasn't had a whole lot of it in almost two months. I have had it over
the course of two weeks. through out the last couple of months. I think that
might be why I felt sick.

Okay onto my NSV.....
While at my grandmothers, one of my aunts asked me if I was eating okay, and
I told her yes. She then asked if I was purposly trying to lose weight and I
said yes. I told her that I lost 30lbs since March of this year. She told me
that I looked good and that she thought that I gave it to her, my mother
also said the same thing. I haven't seen most of my family in a long time,
as I live in a different place then they do. Most of them I only see at the
holiday time. So it made me feel good when she said that. It made my night.
I am starting back on track over the next couple of days hoping I can get
ack on top of things. hope everhyone else did okay over the holidays,

Merry Christmas everyone and all the best in the new year

It doesn't sound too bad, but I know in my experience sugar just sets me up
for a big fall. Best to you in keeping control now that life will be back to
normal.

Congrats on the relatives noticing your weight loss.

I have decided that I do like the way I eat now which is healthy, and that I
don't like the way that I used to eat. And I think that with me being sick
over the holidays was it's way of telling me that.
