I hadn't been paying attention so I didn't notice that it was "so 3 years ago" and Atkins Nutritionals went out of business. (heh, wonder if the rumors about Atkins Dying Fat had anything to do with it?) Also funny... "manufacturers are just replacing sugar with fat" isn't that just the opposite of what they did when low-fat was all the rage?
