Default Joining January Challenge

Well, it's Jan 2 and here come the resolutions again. I've lurked here for
years, rarely posted, not at all in the last few years. Did LC fairly
faithfully, was successful for a while - note the WAS. I have totally gone
off the LC wagon and need to get back on. It's been so long since I've truly
done low carb that I'm resetting my "since" stat to this year.

I have to get healthy! Part of this is loosing weight. I had a back injury
from a car accident about 16 months ago and have totally stopped moving due
to pain. I MUST add exercise back into my life. I have to regain some
flexibility even with the back problems. My husband is disabled, I need to
be able to take care of him as well as myself.

I have asked for spiritual help with loosing weight and not craving chips,
Cheetos, and other carby, salty, snacks. Well I got it - just not how I
expected it. I have developed an allergy to the cheese/dairy type flavoring
on things like Cheetos, flavored chips, etc. I develop a very painful skin
reaction. Guess I haven't been listening to the gentle hints so my attention
has been grabbed with something stronger.

They say if you publish your goals, you're more likely to meet them. So here
goes.

Initial goals:
5 pounds per month weight loss
Exercise daily - on a daily basis will do one of the following: aerobic,
weight, or flexibility (pilates/yoga/stretching)

So, I am participating in the challenge and am coding my sig line to take
advantage of the robo challenge automatic stat capture.

then you should already know that JC never says anything to help
others. I'll give him 1/4 pt for recommending the faqs. but otherwise
he is just here to pick on people. I suggest KF'ing right away. I'm at
work using google groups so his posts show up o/w his is invisible to
me unless someone quotes him. (never fails that someone does)
good wishes for your success.

That brings us back to the "ethical" question.

JC's been KF for ages, just not worth the attention he gets.

My stats are in there as well. Apparently it thinks I need to lose 5lbs
more by the end of the month.

Ok, it skips people that are too close to goal ;-) Keep sending in
suggestions and comments, it can only get better.

I also fixed the url to be aSDlc not aDSlc ;-)
