Question Is anyone on the New Beverly Hills Diet?

If so I'd really appreciate a response. Could you direct me to more information about it and how are you doing on it? I did it for about two weeks and felt so alert and lost a lot of weight. Wish I had never stopped doing it. Need some input here if anyone can help?

I don't think you'll find anyone in the group who is following this
diet. Most of us use the old eat less, exercise more diet.

I did a scan for reviews of this diet and couldn't find any that
recommended it other than those websites selling the diet.

I don't believe it's a healthy diet to follow and certainly not one
that could be followed for a lifetime. What type of exercise does it
recommend? What type of maintenance plan does it recommend? These are
things that you need to take into consideration when choosing a diet.
Losing weight is only the first stage - keeping it off is a life long
stage.

Don't do it. Start an exercise program and learn to eat healthy, get your
sleep and your fluids, cut back on caffeine and alcohol which interfere with
sleep.

Okay. Thanks so much for the input. I am encouraged by the amount of support on this site. Have a great day. Have a very busy day ahead of me, so no more time to write.
