the single or double elevated commas, it is understood to be something
that a person or other character has said. Sometimes, in fiction,
thoughts can be conveyed in these "quotation marks" but generally, this
is the wrong usage. So, in fact, you have written that the HS spoke at
one point or another.

I know that the HS inspired people to speak, kind of put them
in the zone when they needed to say something big, but generally, those
things are attributed to the speaker, not the spirit.

Actually, when the Holy Spirit compels a person to speak, that person
credits the words to GOD.

voices," and it's generally considered a symptom of deep psychosis.

As I read this, for some reason, I kept thinking of Penthouse Forum.
Not for the ribald stories, but the implausibility of them. The
