I definitely want to have a September challenge ... I am starting induction
today along with reinstituting some recently lost habits ... I have been in a self-induced stall for five months and it is time to start being honest and fruitful again ...... lo-carbing is back and, I hope, with a vengeance. Thanks for running the challenge. Here are my numbers - sadly not what they once were but soon to be better by my own renewed efforts: John V. LC - Atkins, since 1/2/04 (with a five month bust-out and renewed effort 8/30/'04) 262/253/175 five pound challenge for September -- to get to 248 or better. Peace.
