Default Week 1

I made it though the first week with a loss of 6.8 lbs. I'm very,
very pleased with that. I made some really interesting food choices
that were amazingly low in points, with the result that I had a
difficult time eating all my points on some days. Water intake is
improving day by day, up to four bottles a day right now.
