Congrats to all of you...not just the losers but to everyone who is hanging
in there. I've been away for a month or so and it's so great to come back
here and know that you are all still here, fighting the good fight.
I was sooooo close to my WW goal, .4, and 'something' happened and I gained
7 lbs. Managed to lose 4 of that and then we went on a cruise for our
company convention. I was so afraid that I'd be starting back at square one,
even though I didn't gorge myself....(it would have been easy to do) I
hadn't gone to a WW meeting for 3 weeks before the cruise and I didn't step
on the scale because I didn't want to know the truth! Well, I weighed in
last week and I had gained 3 of the 7 I had lost....which didn't upset me
because I thought it would have been a much larger gain. I seem to be
rambling....but my point is WW is the best program...even when you fall off
for awhile it's pretty easy (ok not always so easy) to jump right back OP.
Thank God.

Sorry about the gain, Geri, but that's part of our lives. We have to do
just what you have done - get back on program & the weight will come off
again. You are only a failure if you give up - therefore you are
succesful - congratultions.

Hey Geri,
It is so hard to follow a weight loss program when you do travel and
socialize often. I am weak, what can I say! Sounds like you handled
yourself pretty well in spite of the challenges. You will have the 3 pounds
off in no time.
